at the Firewood Café, we serve thin-crust pizzas baked in our
Italian wood-burning brick oven. All our pizzas are made with a
mixture of 100% specialty mozzarella & New Zealand edam cheese. Our
“autentico” pizza sauce is made from a traditional blend of fresh
red-ripe tomatoes simmered with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic and
herbs. Select one of our gourmet pizza creations or make your own

Or, if you prefer, we offer a 10% Discount on pizza take-out
orders. Call beforehand, and we will have your take-out order ready
